you name AiG as a beneficiary of your will, trust, retirement or other financial
accounts, insurance policy, charitable trust or gift annuity, or other such assets . . .
AND
you document your gift with this form, including an estimated value of your gift for each future legacy gift (e.g., will, IRA beneficiary designation, life insurance policy, brokerage account) . . .
THEN
an immediate cash donation equal to 10% of the estimated future gift value (up to $10,000 per gift) will be given to AiG today by a generous foundation while matching funds are available.
